How to Delete Your Account

Via the Mobile App

The fastest way to delete your account is through the Nihoma mobile application:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Tap on Settings (gear icon)
  4. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion request

Data Deletion Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request account and data deletion using the form below or by contacting support.

Note: Per regulatory requirements for MLM businesses in Malaysia, certain transactional and tax-related data may be retained for the legally required period.

Request Data Deletion

Warning: Account deletion is permanent. Once processed, you will lose access to your downline network, pending commissions, and order history. This action cannot be undone.
