A. Personal Identification Information

The IC Number is collected specifically for multi-level marketing (MLM) regulatory compliance and Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes to verify your identity and ensure the integrity of our network organization.

B. Financial and Transactional Data

When you conduct transactions, manage commissions, or make purchases, we collect necessary financial information. This may include banking details for manual bank transfers, purchase history, and network hierarchy data necessary for commission calculations.

C. Device Permissions and Media

Our mobile application requires access to specific device hardware features. These are used exclusively for:

  • Camera: Capturing live photos of receipts for manual bank transfers, setting your profile picture, or scanning QR codes.
  • Photo Library & Storage: Uploading existing photos of receipts or selecting profile pictures from your device's gallery.
  • Microphone: Capturing audio if video recording or voice features are utilized within the application.

We do not continuously monitor, record, store, or transmit any image or audio data without your explicit action and consent within the app. Media is uploaded securely only when you choose to submit it.

D. Technical and Usage Data

As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. This includes IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, and device identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect about you or that you provide to us to:

  • Present our Services and their contents to you.
  • Process payments, issue commissions, and maintain your network organization structure accurately.
  • Verify your identity through Identification Card (IC) Number and other KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to ensure MLM regulatory compliance.

  • Fulfill the purposes for which you provided the information, such as processing receipt verifications.
  • Notify you about changes to our Services or any products we offer.
  • Enforce our terms of service and prevent fraudulent transactions or organizational manipulation.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties without advance notice, except in the circumstances described below:
